These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Billwise POS, developed and distributed by Lumewise Technology ("Lumewise", "we", "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Billwise software, including Windows, Android, and Web applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Lumewise Technology grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute Billwise POS for the commercial operation of your food, beverage, or retail establishment in compliance with applicable tax laws.
While Billwise POS is engineered to provide universal ESC/POS thermal printer compatibility, merchants are responsible for ensuring their physical hardware (thermal printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, weighing scales, and operating systems) meets standard specifications.
Billwise POS provides autonomous local billing during internet disruptions. The merchant agrees to connect the host terminal to an active internet network periodically to facilitate cloud synchronization, software security patches, and regulatory tax compliance updates.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier. We provide a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for new software subscribers. You may cancel your subscription at any time without punitive cancellation fees.
All proprietary software code, visual trademarks, logos, system designs, and documentation associated with Billwise POS are the exclusive intellectual property of Lumewise Technology. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating unauthorized unauthorized forks of Billwise code is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumewise Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local hardware failures, power outages, printer mechanical breakdown, or cashier operational errors.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.
